The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, a large flat-panel TV with DVD and Sony surround sound with stereo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, sliding doors to the balcony and flat-panel TV with DVD. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat-panel TV with DVD. The 3rd guest bedroom has 2 seperate bunk beds for plenty of room for the kids and a flat-panel TV wth DVD.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is well equipped with icemaker, coffee maker, microwave and plenty of cabinet space. The unit has a wonderful private balcony with electric grill.

The Sterling Breeze property offers a 2000 square foot heated gulf-front overflow edge pool and whirlpool spa, state of the art fitness center, pool side internet cafe and wine bar, fire pit, umbrella and beach chairs service and secure covered parking.     My Family and Friends stayed in this awesome condo for a week in August. It was everything and more. The view and location were spectacular. Besides being close to Pier Park for Shopping, we were a short drive or nice walk to Winn Dixie for supplies, Buddy’s Fish Market was a about a mile and a half from us and we used the Electric Grill on the deck most every day. The kids loved their own room which was away from the parents rooms. Three bathrooms was a must with all girls! The pool and hot tub were nice and Annie the pool side bartender was the best!!! Another plus was the two chairs and umbrella on the beach for us as part of the Condo rental. The Owner was great with any issues we had. He called back or texted us help whenever the Management Company failed to email me Check in or Check out instructions. Probably the most convenient feature of the room was it’s placement on the building. Steps away from the elevator. Very nice when you are the pack mule for the group.

    We had some bumps in the road. The hotel bar hours during the week are short. 5 pm is closing time. The hot tub could be larger or put a Adults only over by the FirePit. It was full of little kids most of the time. The ramp to the beach was not friendly to the beach wagon. It was a two person operation whenever we went to or ran back to the building during storms. Also there is a Property Patrol that enforces some rules that you should be familiar with or they ticket you.

    Nothing directly to the room that the Owner had or has control of. Again all in all the nine of us had a Relaxing Stay and would recommend this property to others😊

    The condo was exactly as described and seemed huge! We loved the layout and location. The owner was so considerate and the managing company immediately helped us with any issue we had. We don't usually come to PCB but this condo makes us want to come more often! We could walk to Pier Park from the beach or Road and we loved having the pool bar to get drinks or snacks. We will be back!

    This was our second stay here and it keeps getting better every time we stay here. We loved the remodel and the new colors, bright and relaxing you couldn't help but have a great day. There is nothing better than drinking your morning coffee on the balcony while you watch the dolphins play. You just can't be in a more relaxing place anywhere else in the world, unless you are on the balcony at sunset with your loved ones. It was another perfect vacation get away, we are planning our next trip already. Thanks for the perfect place to stay we will see you soon!
